2012 Reports:

4/30/2012- Boat goes in this week. Most likely we will do some fishing over the weekend to see what is going on. One word "PUMPED!!".

5/12/2012- The Crew went out today for the annual shakedown trip and had their limit of Striped Bass in 1 hour we had 8 fish to 42". Fishing is about as good as it gets right now.

2011 Reports:

5/30/2011- The Striped Bass fishing continues to improve everyday, with that being said the fluke have also cooperated making in a good time to fill the coolers with some quality fish to eat.

6/10/2011- The Rob Mincarelli Group picked away at their limit of 12 fish with fish upto 37" and a few bluefish mixed in. The group caught fish using all the techniques Bottom Line Charters has to offer

6/11/2011- The Josh Puzzo group fished hard to get some fish prior to a strong front coming in and making fishing very tough. Josh was the high hook and Skits kept the crew laughing all day.

6/16/2011- Had the Joe Guerin Group today who ended up with 7 keepers 2 throw backs and 9 Bluefish. The grouped fished hard and enjoyed a very nice day on the water.

6/18/2011- The Scotty Mierk Group fished in Pea Soup fog today to catch 10 Keeper Bass 2 Blues and three short bass. They also decided to try some fluking that yielded 5 shorts. Matt "goldburgers" Crowley was high hook.

7/10/2011- The Paul Tesz Group worked hard today for 18 Blues and 2 Keeper Bass this morning.

7/10/2011- The Aggie Makuch Group weeded through 30 Bluefish to get 4 Keeper Bass this afternoon and left the fish biting. The group with out a doubt drove back home with some soar arms.

7/16/2011- The Jeanine Cooley Group enjoyed tugging on Bluefish and Fluke today.

7/17/2011- Had the Billy Kilray group this morning who ended up with 9 Keeper Bass and 35 Blues today. The group worked hard to get there fish before the front came in for a bumpy ride home.

7/27/2011 - The Mark Castelhano group came out this morning and unfortunantly due to the hour wait in front of the bridge (Old Lyme Draw bridge issues) we missed some of the morning flood tide that has been real good. The group still ended up with 4 Keeper Bass 12 Bluefish and 13 Jumbo Porgy to finish up the day.

8/05/2011- Had Will's group out this morning and we ended up with 50+ Bluefish and 8 Keeper Bass to give the group a full day of catching.

8/13/2011- Had the General Paving group today who ended up with 35 Bluefish and 3 Keeper Bass. They kept the rod's bent for the majority of the trip. We also where lucky enough to see a submarine comming back to port. Check out the pic's in the picture section.

8/15/2011- Had the Scott Fitzgerald Group out today and the Ladies outfished the Men. The group battled the weather for 29 Blues and 2 keeper Bass.

8/20/2011- The Tony Sponzo group punished the blues and bass today to end up with 50+ blues and 6 keeper bass to 38"

8/21/2011- Had Aggie's father's group today who fished hard for 40 bluefish and 2 keeper bass to 40". The group also lost a big mystery fish about half-way thru the fight.

9/11/2011- Had the Augie Arndt Group today who ended up with 54 Bluefish and 1 Keeper Bass the group has steady action all day and got home before the wind picked up.

9/11/2011- Had the Conrad P group who battled the wind for the majority of the trip and ended up with 34 Bluefish. Conrad was high hook.

9/25/2011- Had the Makuch group today who slammed the Blues and later ended the day with Jumbo Porgy's and Sea Bass to 16".

2010 Reports:

6/1/2010 - The fishing has been awesome for Striped Bass with groups catching their limits and then going for the bonus of Fluke. Needless to say crews are comming home with some great eats. We have a few weekend openings for the month of June.

6/2/2010 - Had the Mike P group on this morning who made quick work of their Striper limit with fish up to 36". Great Job guys!!!

6/12/2010 - Had the Sean Z group aboard today and we steadily picked our Striper Limit. Clark ended up with the "big one" at 37" also ended up with one Bluefish.

6/13/2010 - The Timmy Klett group hammered on the bass with Rich (I break rods) Haddock catching the big fish of the day at 38" the crew ended up catching their limit and one Bluefish. The "young guns" were the high hooks.

6/21/2010 - Had the NBFD crew today who worked hard all trip for their fish. The fishing has been picky with the strong tides but Pete "Pie-Sake" ended up with the "first fish" & "big fish" prize with a 40 incher.

6/22/2010 - Had the NBFD "Carl group" on the boat for another hard working pick with fish to 36". The fishing picked up as the boys turned up the music.

6/25/2010 - Had the Tommy Mierk group on board today with the big fish prize going to Matt Crowley with a 42" 30lb cow. The boys picked away at fish all day catching 8 keepers 7 throwbacks and 6 Bluefish. One of the Bluefish was upto 14lbs caught by Matt "i don't get sea sick anymore" Waite

7/10/2010 - Had the Russel "Mega Man" wedding party group on today who made quick work of their limit today with fish to 39". They also got to do some bonus Porgy fishing. 4 Bluefish where also mixed in.

7/18/2010 - Had the CT Masons group today who picked away for 7 Keepers 2 shorts and 5 Bluefish. Cory ended up being the High-hook on the stripers catching 4 Keepers.

8/7/2010 - Had the Mark Zawadzki group on today and they ended up with 8 keeper bass, 5 shorts and 25 Bluefish.

8/8/2010 - The Dave Craigmile group took care of business today with 7 keeper bass, 7 shorts and 35 Bluefish including a tagged one at 31" that we are waiting for information on.

8/15/2010 - Had the Bob Nolan group today for a afternoon trip. The group had to work through the Bluefish and ended up the trip with 25 Bluefish and 1 Keeper Bass. Needless to say the Blues are in full force.

8/28/2010 - The Dexter group came on today for a tally of 35 Bluefish 4 Keeper Bass and 3 throwbacks. The men kept the rod's bent all day long and worked there tails off to land fish all day.

9/18/2010 - The Pete Shakun group had a good morning today keeping 25 Bluefish and 3 keeper Striper to 37". They also threw back another 10 blues to finish there busy morning off.
